How to level up and stop being a loser ( let's be brutally real)

Ok, guys, those of you who know me know that I sometimes like to give out some tough love. Not because I think I’m smarter than everyone else, but because when I’m writing, I’m talking to my own soul too. I genuinely follow my own advice, and yeah, sometimes it’s hard. It’s so much easier said than done. I have days when I have to tell myself: “If you don’t stop doing XYZ, you’re going to end up a loser.” And by "loser," I mean however that applies to you. For me, feeling like a loser kicks in when I catch myself spiraling into catastrophizing thoughts that I can’t shake as quickly as I’d like. Then I end up feeling, well... like a loser cuz i UNDERSTAND the thoughts are not rational and i feel annoyed that i even have to spend time on dealing with them..
Those of you who are in this witch school know how critical mindset is. You know that we don’t even attempt spells when we’re feeling “off,” yet if that feeling of being “off” lasts longer than 2–3 days, we know we *have to do something*, or we’ll just stay stuck where we are and miss out on what we want. Life gets hard sometimes, but we can’t let ourselves slip into a loser mindset—staying inactive and letting our minds run wild, keeping us from achieving the things we know we’re meant to accomplish. Here are some tips that keep me on track.
1) Get Brutally Honest with Yourself
I start by telling myself: “You are so far from where you want to be right now.” We all have goals we haven’t achieved yet, but if we don’t take steps to get closer to them, we’ll just feel like failures. Talk to your soul—truly connect with yourself here—because the fear of not reaching what you know you’re meant for is way stronger than any passing negative feeling. It should be terrifying to you knowing that if you keep going the way you are now- you will miss out on every thing you know you deserve.
2) Remember, Your Thoughts Are NOT Reality
Ever catch yourself thinking, “I’m not good enough to even talk to that person?” Well, how do you know? That’s your projection, not theirs! They could be thinking you’re the most intriguing person they’ve ever met! This goes for everything. If you think, “I won’t be able to manifest XYZ, so why try?” then you won’t try at all. Your mind is just trying to protect you from the sting of potential failure, that’s all! And so what if you fail? Say you try, and it doesn’t work out. For example, maybe runes aren’t your thing. They don’t vibe with me either, but I’m phenomenal at other types of witchcraft—money, beauty, cleanses, and hexes. Some people in the school are only great at runes! So what? One misstep doesn’t mean failure across the board.
3) Realize Your Brain Is Programmed for Survival, Not Success
Your brain’s job is to keep you safe from danger—real or imagined—and help you survive, not necessarily to help you thrive or build your dream life. Recognize when your brain is keeping you “safe” from uncomfortable situations rather than real dangers. Yes, it’s there to keep you safe, but sometimes that survival mechanism holds you back from *growing*.
4) Accept That No One’s Perfect
Stop stressing about perfection, and let yourself breathe. Why? Because truly, nobody cares. Everyone’s wrapped up in their own lives, so while you sit there stressing, they’re just living. They might even be thinking, *“Wow, that person is so capable; why are they holding back?” Don’t let the need to be “perfect” stop you from going for what you want. This has happened to me when i was 19, i had it in my mind that i was so ugly ( based on zero facts , facts spoke different actually) , that i refused to go to public places , until someone messaged me and said ' girl ur so stunning why are u hiding???' it was someone i thought was WAY OUT OF MY LEAGUE, their validation ( cuz i had so much respect for them) shook me up so well...well..my whole life has changed after. And this same thing apllies to EVERYTHING. You might have killer business instincts but cuz ur scared to speak up, nobody knows!
5) Do the Opposite of What Your Fears Are Telling You
Say you’re scared to go to the gym because you think everyone’s going to stare at you for whatever reason. Guess what? Go to the gym anyway and walk around like you own it. Facing your fears and challenging them directly, instead of hiding from them, is how you grow. Everyone has insecurities, but those don’t have to stop you.
6) Take Action, Even When It’s Uncomfortable
If you want to stop being a loser and truly level up, you need to step out of your comfort zone. Yes, it’s painful and annoying, but if you don’t, you’ll end up just sitting back, watching other people live the life you want. Do you reallymwant to feel that way? If not, get moving. Take notes from people who are where you want to be, whether it’s in the school or from the billionaires I interview in my day job. You’ll learn so much just by studying those who have already leveled up.And fun part? I literally post all that i get to hear from these incredible people for YOU inside the 20$ membership, if u think i dont have anything else to do then write all of that for 20 bucks you are mistaken, i just want to help you , so please use that to your advantage . 7) Use What’s Available
If you’re stuck in a rut with relationships, money, career, whatever it may be—know that you already have everything you need to make a shift. Whether it’s spells, mindset shifts, or manifestation tools, use what’s available in the school. You’ve got access to all, from love and attraction spells to beauty altering rituals . Nobody is telling you ( unless u are on the wrong side of tik tok) that if u do a beauty spell, u will wake up Kendal Jenner tomorrow, but guess what???? If you do ituals, you WILL have a better face, hair and body!!! If you DO spells , you WILL attract opportunities you otherwise never could have etc , So stop sitting back waiting for help to fall from the sky. Only *you* can turn this around.
And last: Remember to lean into exposure therapy too. If there’s something you fear, work on facing it gradually. If you’re nervous about starting a ritual, don’t feel like you need to start with a cemetery spell! Start with something simple, like a cleanse or protection spell, and watch as life shifts, even in subtle ways, for the better.
